  The appointment was at 2:30. Got there a few minutes late because of road construction in the area. Was furthered delayed because a lack of parking at this facility. At 3:00 still hadn't been called and when asked about it was told they were running behind; a routine occurrence at this facility by my experience. This appointment was a rescheduling because they called a day or 2 before the previous appointment and cancelled; they have cancelled on the day of appointments in the past. Because of a sports commitment, needed to reschedule; next appointment is 3 weeks out; sooner than the 4 weeks I experienced previously.
